About the Event
Every year the Illinois Commission on Diversity & Human Relations celebrates, remembers and proactively promotes the involvement of residents across racial, cultural and gender boundaries in advancing key concerns as a continuation of Dr. King's Dream. The event raises money for the ICDHR scholarship fund, impacting the next generation of leaders.
This annual dinner commemorates the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, celebrating his birthday and honor community and business leaders involved in carrying out the work and mission of Dr. King and the ICDHR.
