Each year the Illinois Commission on Diversity and Human Relations (ICDHR), in the name of Dr. King, honors businesses and individuals who it believes are promoting ideas advocated by Dr. King. Dr. King urged business leaders and companies to become "drum majors" for diversity inclusiveness, justice, fairness and unity. On January 26, 2013, ICDHR will honor the following companies and the company executive leading the charge of Dr. King's dream with each company.
